We’re a local, family-run business with a simple goal: to help other small and family-run businesses become more effective, efficient, and organised.

My name is Amie, and I’ve spent years working alongside my own family—something I truly love. While some say you shouldn’t mix business and family, I’ve found the opposite to be true. I’ve helped run several family businesses, building systems and processes that they still use to this day.

Currently, I work for a close friend’s family-run company, where I do much of the same:

Creating structured workflows

Designing helpful documents and templates

Managing diaries and calendars

Handling client enquiries

Delegating tasks and supporting staff

Before that, I worked as an Office Manager and Production Secretary at a TV production company, gaining valuable experience in travel booking, diary coordination, and production support.

I genuinely love what I do—and I’d love to help more local businesses run smoothly and grow with confidence.

I also work closely with my mum, Lyn, who has decades of administrative experience from her work with the NHS and various media companies, where she’s done everything from transcription to proofreading.

Together, we’re tech-savvy, admin-skilled, and seriously organised.
